Acam Instrumentation offer a Strain Gauging Service using Semiconductor, Foil and Ceramic tecnology. Customer supplied metal work can be strain gauged as required providing the material being gauged is very elastic and the surface is suitably prepared. Acam can design a sensor to customers requirements and strain gauge it as required. The most accurate strain gauging is accumplished by using Foil strain gauges. Semiconductor strain gauges are used to produce higher output or were size is paramount. Ceramic strain gauges are used were cost is the essence. |
